Following your initial 3-month training and support programme, our head office team will be constantly on hand to support you as and when you need it.

Regular meetings will be scheduled in the calendar to share new ideas and provide you with the opportunity for our team to resolve any issues that you may be having in the growth stage of your business.

You will be invited to regular regional franchise meetings in a conveniently chosen location. This will allow you to share ideas and best practices with other franchise owners. Best practices and legislative updates will be provided to you and your team to ensure that you are constantly ahead of the competition in terms of service delivery and compliance.

Many of our franchisees have already forged strong relationships with other Respond business partners. All are benefitting from having access to a whole network of like-minded business associates who can work together to achieve the very best out of their respective franchise territories.

Our national contracts team will continue to work hard behind the scenes by seeking new tenders, applying for new framework agreements, etc, to ensure that you have access to a stream of ‘ready-made work’.
