Initial Franchise training
Our 3 month Foundation Training course covers all of the theoretical knowledge and
practical skills needed to get your new venture up and turning a profit.
During the first 4 weeks much of this training will be a mix of classroom and on-line
delivery and cover all of the key legislative and compliance requirements along with the
key sales and marketing skills needed to run a successful recruitment business.

- Respond Recruitment and the recruitment industry
- how to win and keep customers
- marketing
- candidate recruitment and retention
- healthcare and education sector compliance
- finance
- CRM training
- running a Respond Recruitment franchise business and action planning.
The following 8 weeks will be more practical based training and will focusing largely on
developing your candidate and clients base to help ensure you keep in line with your
growth targets.
You will receive regular pre-arranged visits from our franchise development manager at
within your new territory. We are there to help you gain confidence in both the
recruitment of agency workers along with gaining new clients to ensure supply meets
demand
