Franchise Discovery Day
Once you have established that there is a territory available and that the opportunity is right for you, the next step is to contact our head office team to arrange a ‘discovery day’. This will be a prearranged meeting in which you will meet all members of our franchise development team. It is your opportunity to come armed with as many questions that you have for us to answer. Our head office is located conveniently in the centre of the UK (Nottingham) with excellent transport links and ample on-site parking facilities.
Due diligence
Once a suitable postcode-defined territory has been identified and you’ve signed a non- disclosure agreement, we will help you conduct a thorough due diligence process.
It’s really important that you take the time to research our business and speak to those involved so you can get a true flavour of what’s involved and what’s expected. We will provide you with as much information as possible but you should also seek independent advice from organisations such as the British Franchise Association and
other professionals [accountants, solicitors, banks] who have experience of working within the franchise industry
Putting the final plans in place
As you near your planned launched date we will work closely with you and your team to
help ensure that you have everything in place to hit the ground running.
Most franchisees will require funding and financial support to get their plans off the ground. As well as helping you assemble a detailed cashflow forecast we will put you in touch with our dedicated business finance partners who can facilitate the funding of your new business in the early stages.
We will make sure that you have in place all of the legal and regulatory compliance requirements so you can confidently work towards the exciting part of meeting your first year growth targets.
