Initial Franchise Training
Our 3-month Foundation Training course covers all of the theoretical knowledge and Practical skills needed to get your new venture up and running for a profit. During the first 4 weeks, much of this training will be a mix of classroom and online delivery and cover all of the key legislative and compliance requirements, along with the Key sales and marketing skills needed to run a successful recruitment business.

- running a Respond Recruitment franchise business and action planning.
The following 8 weeks will be more practical-based training and will focus largely on developing your candidate and client base to help ensure you keep in line with your growth targets. You will receive regular pre-arranged visits from our franchise development manager within your new territory. We are there to help you gain confidence in both the recruitment of agency workers, along with gaining new clients, to ensure supply meets demand.
