Getting Started
As the owner of a Respond Recruitment Franchise you will be rewarded for your efforts in many different ways.
Running your own franchise operation will allow you a much better work life balance as you are able to work round your own personal requirements.
There are also very attractive financial rewards for those who put in the effort and dedication to the business. At the very start of the franchise journey, we will sit down and discuss with you your own personal financial targets and help you in the planning stages. This will ensure you are given the very best chance of achieving your ambitions.
The franchise fee is £19,995 (exc VAT) with an ongoing management fee of 6.5% (exc VAT). We advise that you use our preferred finance partner (Skipton Business Finance) to fund your growth plans. This facility will ensure that you not held up with unnecessary cashflow issues, allowing you to increase your business at rate that suits you.
If you choose the above funding method then we would recommend that you still have around £20k of working capital available.
We do have excellent relationships with the main high street banks and finance industry. Should you go for this funding option we will be able to help facilitate this for you. We would recommend you have around £60k working capital available to help you in the early stages.

What can you earn?
Projected sales figures will vary due to a variety of factors such as territory, market size, individual aspirations and performance levels of each franchisee. What we can assure you is that we will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your financial goals.
Activity beyond year three will depend entirely on your vision and aspirations. We cannot predict what you can achieve in the longer term but we will support you fully with your growth plans and you will only limited by your own efforts.
Year 1
In year 1 we would expect a medium to high performing franchisee to achieve a turnover figure of around £500,000.
Year 2
In year 2 we would expect this figure to rise to £1m as your client and candidate base increase along with the brand awareness within your territory
Year 3
In Year 3 we would expect this to rise again to around £1.5m as you build your back office and business development team.
